What The Foodtruck List does

The Foodtruck List connects people planning events with food trucks. You send a request, we review it, and we share it with up to three trucks we think fit. Those trucks may contact you with quotes.

We are not a party to any booking. We don't cook, serve, sell food or collect payment for trucks.

Trucks set their own prices and terms

Each truck sets its own menu, prices, minimums, deposits, travel charges and cancellation policy. Your agreement is with the truck you book. Read its terms and get the details in writing before you pay.

Price ranges on this site are general guidance, not quotes. Your actual price comes from the truck.

No guarantee of a match

We do our best to find trucks for every request, but we can't promise a truck will be available, will quote, or will accept your booking.

Your responsibilities as a host

• Give accurate event details, so trucks can quote fairly.
• Confirm the truck may park and operate at your location, including any venue approval or event permit.
• Check that the truck you book holds current licenses and insurance.

Your responsibilities as a truck

• Quote honestly, and honor the quotes you give.
• Hold the licenses, permits and insurance your work requires.
• Use host contact details only to respond to that request.

Free during the pilot

The Foodtruck List is free for hosts and trucks during our pilot. If we introduce fees, we'll say so on this site before they apply, and they won't apply to requests already sent.

Limits of our responsibility

Trucks are independent businesses. We aren't responsible for the food, service, conduct or no-show of any truck, or for disputes between hosts and trucks. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility to you is limited to the amount you've paid us, which during the pilot is nothing.
